Milling, turning, and the hard stuff

Custom parts made to your drawing, including difficult parts in difficult-to-machine materials.

Milling

Milling is half of what we do every day. Send the drawing and we review features, material, workholding, and finish requirements before quoting. Exact machine travels will be listed here once confirmed, so ask us about your part's envelope.

Turning

Turning is the other half. Typical turned parts run approximately 0.25 to 5 inches in outside diameter and up to about 10 inches in length. Whether a specific part fits depends on the drawing, the material, and how it has to be held.

Challenging Materials

We machine aluminum, stainless steel, and specialty materials including Inconel, and we welcome difficult parts in difficult-to-machine materials. If your material is not listed, contact us to talk it through.

Repair & Part Recreation

Bring us a worn or broken part and we will evaluate whether it can be repaired or recreated. When no drawing exists, one can be developed from the sample. Dimensions, function, material, and specifications are confirmed with you before any work begins.

Surface finishes are held per drawing or customer specification. Quantities run from a single custom part to production runs of up to 500 pieces, depending on the project.
